石铁生，男，博士，教授，枣庄学院“青檀学者”领军人才，化学生物学创新团队带头人。主要研究方向为多肽药物的高效绿色合成及其在规模化生产中的应用；抗癌前药与抗结核前药的活化过程；高特异性单克隆抗体的培养与快速诊断。1997年瑞典隆德大学化学中心获得博士学位，1998-2001年在美国加州大学河滨分校化学系做博士后研究。2002-2018年在美国洛杉矶生物技术公司做研发工作，作为主要研发人员为公司完成了几十个研发项目和产品；期间2013-2019年为河北大学双聘二级教授，带领的团队完成了国家和省级项目4项，指导2名博士研究生和9名硕士研究生毕业并获得了学位。
2018年来枣庄学院组建化学生物学创新团队，拥有“枣庄市多肽药物绿色高效合成技术创新中心”和“枣庄市多肽研究重点实验室”等科研平台，承担山东省重点研发项目1项，山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项，与企业联合的横向课题6项。在学术界，兼职15种国际期刊的审稿人（包括ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Chemical Communications, Inorganic Chemistry, Dalton Transactions, Journal of Biological Inorganic Chemistry, RSC Advances, New Journal of Chemistry等期刊），为这些国际期刊审稿50多篇。获美国专利1项，中国专利1项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文50多篇，包括4篇论文发表在化学的顶级刊物上（J. Am. Chem. Soc. 3篇，Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 1篇）。
